Inhalable dexamethasone-loaded niosomal / proniosomal systems for pulmonary delivery.

PUBLIC ACADEMIC PROFILE · OCTOBER 2026
محمود خطيب علي عبدالرسول الرويدي
Scholarly publications generally use the name Mahmoud K. Al-Ruweidi.
Chemistry and pharmaceutical-sciences researcher examining how molecular structure, material preparation and biological conditions affect measurable function. My studies span chemical sensing, polymer interfaces, pulmonary epithelial injury, imaging and inhalable formulations.
Developing academic research direction
My research direction connects three questions: what molecular design controls, how materials and formulations behave during transport or exposure, and what an experiment can establish about biological response. Each can support a focused research project independently; my present work supplies different evidence for each.
Read where I want the research to go ↗I am interested in the relationship between chemical structure and molecular recognition, physicochemical behavior during formulation and transport, and experimentally measured responses in biological systems. My existing work on chemical sensors and PLA interfaces, pulmonary epithelial injury, zebrafish imaging, fetal-echocardiography computation and inhalable vesicles motivates that direction. For doctoral training I am particularly curious about chemical biology, mechanistic pharmacology, advanced delivery systems and the quantitative methods needed to test them. Click chemistry, PROTACs, aptamers, siRNA, circular RNA and microfluidics are potential tools in specific projects, not simultaneous requirements or established areas of personal experimental mastery.
